I completed a transaction with JG Wentworth 3 months ago. They did offer me the most money but Jay, the sales representative at JG Wentworth told me it would be completed in 4 weeks, it took 9 weeks. Because this took nine weeks, I lost the home I was going to purchase with the proceeds.

I gave them 2 stars because they did get the job done just not in the timeframe they promised.

Didn't JG Wentworth go bankrupt? I heard they cancelled many cases because they did not have money to pay or they offered a price that they could not afford to pay. I guess its buyer beware.

JG Wentworth was able to offer me the best price when I sold my structured settlement a year ago. They got me my lump sum quick as well.

I need to sell more payments now and am shopping around to make sure they can still offer me the best price.

JG Wentworth promised they would have my money to me in 30 days. It has now been over 80 days and I still don't have my lump sum. I was originally going with Woodbridge Structured Settlement and then the Manager at JG Wentworth ***** had me cancel with Woodbridge promising that they could have it completed in 30 days.

I canceled and now its been 3 months and I still don't have my money. I wish I never canceled with them cuz I probably would have my money by now. They also aren't taking my calls anymore.

I'm pissed.

I shopped around to several companies including Settlement Quotes but JG Wentworth was able to beat out all other companies. The process was quick and smooth. I received my lump payment in about 8 weeks. I'm impressed with JG Wentworth. I will use them again if I need to cash in the rest of my payments.

I sold a payment to JG wentworth in dec 2010(when i started this process) was told it would take 30 days, It took 6 MONTHS.
I know NY is a hard state but this was ridiculous. It even delayed a scheduled payment i was supposed to recieve, was very horrible. 6 months is a very long time to get a court date, nevermind recieve funds and get ripped off big time.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR USE EVER AGAIN!

J.D. Wentworth was able to get me the most money for my payments. They kept beating everyone else. I finally decided to go with them and they got my money in a month. I was very happy and would definitely recommend them in the future.

J.G. Wentworth is the only company to do business with in the industry. They answered every question I ever through at them, picked up the phone whenever I called and got me my lump sum when they told me they would. They also got me more money than I ever expected to get.

I would definitely recommend JG Wentworth to anyone selling their annuity payments.

I absolutely love JG Wentworth's commercials. Every time I hear them my daughter starts singing them, "888 cash now". I gave them 5 stars, yay to JG Wentworth. If I had a structured settlement, I would use them to cash it out.

J.G. Wentworth did a great job on my structured settlement. My agent Joe was the reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 3. The process took longer than I anticipated. They did tell me it would take 6-8 weeks. It ended up taking just over 9 weeks which is pretty close but at the time I needed the money yesterday.

Joe called me to inform me that the process would be taking longer than he told me in the beginning. At least he was honest unlike most companies out there.

I completed 2 transactions with this company and both times they did a great job. They beat out everyone else including Peachtree and Stone Street Capital. If I need to sell more payments I know I'm only gonna go with 1 company.

To anyone selling your payments, there's only 1 company to choose in my mind and that's this company.
